Volunteer Opportunities with the NEW lunch program!

Sort and serve healthy lunches for our hungry students and staff

CONTACT PARENT COUNCIL  or signup on ParentSquare to volunteer

Parent Council has put in the work to get Lunchkins set up at Desert Marigold, has streamlined the process, and is ready to bring on more volunteers!

Quick Info:
In general, volunteers would be working from about 11am to 1pm.
Lunchkins arrives in the front office between 11:15 and 11:30 each day
Volunteers sign for the delivery, arrange the sorting bags, label meals, and sort the meals into bags by class
Deliveries are made to HS, Nap Care and lower grades. Upper grades come to the office to pick theirs up. On a normal day, with a single volunteer working, everything is done by 12:45pm.
It is a simple task that only requires one person each day

Volunteers receive a 5% discount on their personal Lunchkins orders!

* There is some walking around campus, bending, lifting, and a little bit of waiting around for lunch periods to start, once you get the hang of things. Instructions and training will be provided for all interested persons

With gratitude,
Parent Council
